Founded in 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida, by brothers Chris and Robin Sorensen, both former firefighters, who built the restaurant's identity and decor directly around firehouse culture. Known for donating a portion of profits to a public safety foundation it created, funding equipment for fire departments and first responders.
