Founded in 2007 in Grenoble, O'Tacos popularised and came to define the distinctly French "tacos" format — a grilled wrap of meat, fries, and cheese sauce entirely unrelated to Mexican tacos — turning what started as a regional Grenoble specialty into a nationwide phenomenon, especially popular with younger diners.
