The
Founded in 1903 in Mexico City by American brothers Walter and Frank Sanborn, originally as a pharmacy that expanded into a combined restaurant and department-store format. Its flagship location, the "Casa de los Azulejos" (House of Tiles), is a genuine Mexico City landmark, and Sanborns remains one of Mexico's oldest and most culturally significant restaurant chains.
