Founded in 1969 in Madrid, Vips is one of Spain's most established diner-style chains, built around all-day dining inspired by the American diner format. Despite the shared name and a broadly similar concept, it is an entirely separate, unrelated company from the similarly named VIPS chain in Mexico.
